We are located right in the middle of the best fishing Alaska has to offer. No hype, just facts. When you stay with us, you have close access to the largest array of fishing opportunities that the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. World famous salmon runs within an hours drive and our incredible salt-water halibut fishery here at home. There are very few areas of Alaska that have so many different species of fish and fishing opportunities located so closely together.
Whether you are a Do-It-Yourself fisherman that just needs a place to stay or a group of fishermen that need a customized lodging and chartered fishing package built, we have it all. Fishing is our passion and we have been guiding and accommodating fishermen in this area for over 30 years. We are here to help you catch fish and make the most out of your time spent with us.
The world famous Kenai River is known for it’s incredible runs of salmon and trophy rainbow trout. The Kenai River is located about 45 minutes from us to the north. The Kasilof River, another well known salmon river is located only 25 minutes away also to our north. Here in our hometown of Ninilchik, the Ninilchik River and Deep Creek offer great local salmon fishing, but the main draw to our village is halibut. Some of the greatest halibut fishing to be had in Alaska is right here in Ninilchik on Cook Inlet. Our beloved Cook Inlet and the Gulf of Alaska is arguably the richest water on earth, offering a multitude of species and world class fishing.
Lodging and Amenities
Our little slice of paradise is located about a mile off the highway. We offer clean, simple, and affordable lodging. There are both cabins and individual rooms available. We also have RV spaces with electric power and full utility hook up. There are many amenities available to make your stay with us comfortable and efficient. There is an outdoor covered kitchen and picnic area perfectly suited for cooking meals and barbecuing fresh fish. Enjoy the fire circle and maybe pitch a bean bag or horseshoe!
